RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a full-time Manufacturing Technician to assist in the design, development, coordination, and improvement of the company’s manufacturing operations and processes.
- Design and develop manufacturing operations and processes;
- Review and analyze routing steps throughout the manufacturing process for process improvements and efficiencies;
- Review and analyze existing manufacturing processes for improvements and efficiencies;
- Create, maintain, and sustain documentation relating to manufacturing processes;
- Assist in supporting and developing process improvement projects, including continuous improvement projects that address quality, material flow, through-out, and productivity;
- Work closely with manufacturing managers, supervisors, and customers to understand and meet product technical requirements.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of five (5) years CNC machining experience;
- Mastercam X9 (or better) experience;
- Strong computer skills, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) software;
- High school / College diploma.
